Sometimes you see, when you export your movie from flash, your images
are blurry, not clear. It is because you donot set the image quality from
the Publish Settings.
Its easy to set. do the following stpes.
1. Goto FILE menu and select PUBLISH SETTINGS
File
-----> Publish Settings
2. There will be three tabs Formats, Flash and HTML
so click on Flash.
3. There will be an option JPEG Quality. Simply set it to 100%.

now it will export very clear images.
