hey guys, i'd like to share a very nice and simple matrix effect with you.
here's the tutorial
-create a new file (doesn't matter what site)
-click D to restart the the background and foreground.
-next go to...
Filter>Texture>Grain
-and enter the following data...
Intensity - 100
Contrast - 100
Grain Type - Vertical.
-Then go to...
Filter>Stylize>Solarize
-And finally click Ctrl-B to colorize the picture and set the following properties...
Color Levels : 0-100-0
- and thats it!
