BTW: The framerate should be something like 40.
-draw a horizontal line (about 5cm).
-Group it as Sprite.
-Add move.
-Change effct duration to 48 frames.
-Press 'X angle'-button.
-Press 'Rotate CW by' -button.
-Write 360 on the blank line.
- Then press close.Or [X] at the top right.
-Now group the line as Sprite.
-Copy the Sprite.Ctrl+C.Or quickly : Hold down Ctrl while dragging it,
when you release you have the copy.
-Copy the Sprite 9 times.
-Put them Like this:

-Rotate them. The 1st lines angle is 0° then add 10° to the next one.
and 3rd angle should be 20°an so on.. the last angle is 80°.
-Now group all lines as Sprite
-Now copy the sprite you just created.
-paste the sprite, and rotate it 90°
and paste it like this:

2nd. line
dont mind about ' marks,They are just to fill the empty space)
-Then copy the sprite you just rotated,and paste it.
-Rotate that 90 degrees and move it on top of 2nd line.
like the 1st line is, but the 3rd line is on left side.
-Then make copy of the 3rd line.Paste it.
-rotate it 90° And put it like the 2nd line is but on the top.
Now it's finished!
Well this certainly is confusing!!
