For now SWiSH does not support Dragging but its manual pdf contains information about this action, although its not present in the builds released upto now. But it is possible to Drag Sprites. Every download which contains any dragable sprite contains a sub sptite named Drag which loads an external swf file. You can streach it and place on the area which you want to be dragable. The movie loaded in Sprite is tansparent, which has no effect on the movie other than dragging.
