Hi,

Well now you all know how you can load an external text file in a dynamic text box, I want to go a little bit further in this matter.

For the simplicity I don't use an external txt file but I've assigned a value to the variable at the main timeline.

Start :

Make a dynamic textbox and give it a variable name varTextbox. Give this variable at frame 5 of the timeline a value using the html tags.

Because it is to easy, I just give you the SWI for download and you can take a look at the script.

Note that you can use all the html tags like underline, hyperlink, bold, italic etc..
but not frames, tables and colums.

The only thing that is important when using html tags is to be sure you checkmarked the html button :

hope you enjoy it.
