hello guys!
want to create a simple animated avatar in less than a minute?
if yes, ur on the right place.....
i know that there is already a tutorial here creating animated avatar, but his approach is not the same with mine...
first we need a tools/ programs. (u dont nid to buy if u dont have the those, jaz search and download a freeware or shareware).
Tools:
1. swish2/swish max
2. Magic swf2gif or any tools that convert swf to gif.

now, do u have the idea now how easy is it? 
lets start!
1. open ur lovely swish program
2. create a new movie.
3. change ur movie size to 100x100 pixels (avatar requires 100x100 pixels only).
4. now create ur simple animation (ex. logo, ur name or anything u want)
(why i simple?, the reason is that, we need to optimize the size of the avatar, in this server, the avatar allows 20kb only)
5. after ur done in making ur animated movies in swish, save now.
6. for the last step, open a program the magic swf2gif, then open the movie that u created in swish.
(Note: if ur using the same program that im using for convertion, dont 4get to check the ----> Optimize the gif <-------- also from the option botton, choose the GIF frame rate tab, then select the Original frame rate radio.
the final botton is to click the convert to gif
ur done, all u have to do now is upload the file....
