Lets get started:
Drawing Eyelashes
STEP 1:
1. Draw a shape using bezier tool just like below. Its alpha must be 100%.
STEP 2:
1. Draw one shape like the shape on the left side of the image below, apply copy & paste method, and simply arrange them according to your required eye design just like below:
STEP 3:
1. Combine the above 2 steps and arrange them together, but the 2nd step will be on the eye's ending point, so it will have an eyelash curl. Have a look at the following image:
FINAL:
1. Just to clear above steps, see the following image:
Smoothness:
For giving the design a blended look with image, you may copy the eyelash made above and paste it in the scene, under the real one. Fix its alpha "50%" and move it to a bit left or right side. Take a look at the following image:
Real group's: Alpha 100%
Pasted group under: Alpha 50%

Eyelash is complete now.
