In this tut you will be able to draw beautiful image .an exploded light

1.Open a new empty document.I used 600*100.press D to set forground and background color to default.
2.GoTo Filter\Render\Clouds

3.GoTo Filter\Pixelate\Mosaic and fill cell size with 15

4.Now you we are going to blur it a little.so go to Filter\blur\radial blur.
Amount = 20 Blur method = zoom

5.Here we go for next filter.Filter\Stylize\emboss
Angle : 135 Height : 10 Amount : 170

6.Now jump to Filter\Brush Strokes\Accented Edges and insert these values :
Width : 2 Brightness : 38 Smoothness : 5

7.Now Select Filter\Stylize\Find Edges

8.Press Ctrl+I to invert image's colors

9.Select Radial blur again but this time set amount 60 and Blur method in zoom mode.

10.Here we set the level of image so press Ctrl+L

11.Now Repeat steps 9 and 10 but at this time change Radial blur to 20 and Level to 200.

12.Image\Adjustment\Brightness/Contrast Set Contrast to +30

You have finished! wink.gif Forgot something!!? Oh yeah. It seems our image needs a color.So :
13.Create a new layer and fill it with favorite color and set the Blend mode of ther layer to "Color" Mode.

Now it seems better ! does'nt it!?
