Very easy and smallest tutorial, follow the steps below:
Insert TEXT object
Set fonts, color, size, direction
Select it
Click on the icon Group as shape
Now your text will be treated as shape you can set its border, change gradient.
Note:- It cannot be reconverted into text or edited as text objects.
