It's so easy to make a barcode just follow instructions  short tut
1.Create a new document in size of 150*75 px then apply Filter\noise\addnoise for it :
Amount: 100%
Distribution:Gaussian
MonoChromic is Checked
2.In this step select Filter\Blur\Motion Blur :
Angle:90
Distance:999 pixel
3.Now apply Image\Adjustment\level : (Input Level= 105;1.00;200
)
4.Ok .press Ctrl+A to select whole image then goto Select\Modify\Contract and Enter 5 pixels then make selection inverse and press Delete.
5.Now delete bottom of image as shown below :
6.It's finished.you can enter a number.the number must start with "0"
