First start by changing the fill to fountain fill like in the picture.
2. Now using the elips tool and holding ctrl pressed draw a circle.
3. After that from mask>create>mask from object or press ctrl+M to create a mask. After doing that from mask>mask outline>reduce. From there select width: 5 and press OK.
4. Now change the fill like in the picture from begining only change the angle to 135.
5. Fill the object and remove the mask. The object will look like this:
And you are done.
You can add a drop shadow if you want to.
