Start wit entering the text:
Then using the eraser tool (press "X") erase parts of the text to make the cracks:
Now go to effects>extrude.
From extrude do the following:
for the extrude camera select:small back with a dept of 3.
at the rotation change x=-5, y=-10, z=5.
at extrude light put the lights how you want.
This is my result:
But i can be made far better.
Play with it.
