It’s Funny to brush teeth with photoshop!Isn’t it.With this short tutorial you can brush you dirty teeth on you photoes. 
1.First select dirty teeth with one of selection tools.i suggest you lasso tool.Then go to Select>Feather and enter 2 pixels for radius.
2.Press Ctrl+U or go to Image>Adjustment>Hue-Saturation.Choose Yellow from edit panel and subtract from saturation until teeth color get shows well.
3.This time choose Master from edit panel and and add to lightness until it looks great.
Keep you teeth always clean!
