Title: How To make a realistic looking text on a road. Software: Corel Photopaint Author: bogdan_lupuro Description: Did you ever wanted to write your name on the road :) well this tutorial will try to explain how to write a text on a road and make it as realistic as posible.

STARTING TUTORIAL:
This is the image i will be working on(it is the first I found on goolge).
. You can use this if you want.
1. Open corel photopaint and then open the image.
2. Using the text tool write your text. You can obtain the text tool by pressing "T" from your keyboard. I wrote : "SWISH-DB AHEAD" with arial black and the size 28. Then select the alignment to justify center if you don't know where taht is look at the following image:

Move the text aproximative where you want it to be. The result of this step is in following picture:

3. Now we will arange the text so it fits the road.
With the object pick toll(you can obtain it by pressing "O") and select the type perspective mode. you can use also distort mode but it is easyer with perspective. In the following picture you will see where it is:

using this toll make the text fit the road perspective.
Here how it will look:

4. Add a effect to the text.
From effects>texture>cobblestone aply the effect.
 With the properties shown in the image below:

After this effect the text will look like this:

5. Set the transparency of the text to 75%

6. Go to image>adjust>brightness/contrast/intensity
 And aply the following properties:

This will be the result of this step:

7. Using the interactive object transparency tool(you can obtain it by pressing "1" from your keyboard) add a gradient transparency to the text. I added it like this but you can change it how you wantto be(you can see the result to):

You are done now with the text.
Let's make an arrow to:
8. Draw it and position it where you want it to be:

9. Repeat exactly the steps: 3, 4,5,6,7 and you are finished with the arrow to.
Here is my final result:

Save the image and all done.
